About Connected.re

Connected Real Estate is a partnership between ABC Vastgoed and Re:Invent It includes the Connected Real Estate Fund, focused on hybrid buildings and complexes. These properties, which may combine residential and hospitality uses, are often unfamiliar to traditional institutional investors because they lack fixed long-term leases.

ABC and Re:Invent are both equity partners in the fund. Institutional investors benefit from a simplified structure with one party managing the relationship between them and the end users, facilitating long-term real estate development. The partnership model aligns the long-term interests of developers, owners, and users, ensuring a focus on successful operations.
